Terms and Conditions – Cadplast24

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all purchases and use of products and services from Cadplast24, operated by Kristofer Vallenor in Sweden ("we", "us", "our").

By placing an order through our website (www.cadplast24.se), you accept and agree to these Terms.

1. Products and Custom Orders

We offer model-specific switch panels for ATVs, laser-cut and engraved parts, and 3D-printed components.
Custom orders are manufactured based on customer specifications and may require additional processing time.

Please ensure that any design files, measurements, or text provided for custom work are correct. We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied materials.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in SEK (Swedish kronor) and include VAT where applicable.
International customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on local regulations.

Payment is processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store any payment information on our servers.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to Sweden, Norway, EU countries, the USA, and selected other destinations.
Standard dispatch time is 2–5 business days for regular items. Custom orders may take longer depending on complexity.

Shipping is handled by PostNord or an equivalent provider. Tracking information is provided where available.
Any customs duties or taxes outside of the EU are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

For non-custom products, private consumers within the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with EU consumer law.
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Custom-made products (such as laser-cut or engraved items) are exempt from the right of withdrawal unless faulty or damaged.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
We will offer a refund or replacement depending on the situation.

Please include clear photos of the item and packaging when reporting a problem.

6. Intellectual Property

All images, text, designs, and product layouts on this site are the property of Cadplast24 or used under permission.
Commercial use, reproduction, or redistribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Disclaimer

CadPlast24 is not affiliated with any vehicle manufacturer.
Our products are aftermarket accessories.
Vehicle names and models are used solely for compatibility reference.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
For EU consumers, disputes may be submitted to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

9. Personal Data (GDPR)

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
By using our site, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
