Switch panel Can-am Outlander "set"

Whats included:

Laser engraved and cut switch panel made of heavy duty industrial plastic laminate.

High quality waterproof rocker switches, 13x19mm

on/off, IP65, 2, 3 or 4 (should be used with power relay)

M3 screws stainless-A4

NOTE!

There are 2 different plastic hubs on Outlander depending of model year.

MY2013 and up has a larger plate area and measures approx 48mm in height.

MY2012 has a smaller plate area and measures approx 38mm in height.

Exampel: 1, LED BAR 2, HALO LIGHTS 3, REAR LIGHTS.

Optimal is 5 (max 6) character per row and max 2 rows per switch.

We will adjust text size if you use to long words!

INSTALLATION

· Temporary place panel centered and level

· Drill 3mm holes for screws, temporary put one screw in after every hole drilled so it does not move during the rest of the holes

· Draw lines for cutting out for switches

· Remove panel and cut the vehicle plastic, ad some margin for the switches

· Install panel and switches, only hand tighten the screws until seated.

IMPORTANT

· Nuts are self-locking

· Screws and nuts are stainless steel

· Don’t use Loctite on nuts

· Only hand tighten the screws until seated

· Don’t clean panel with strong solvents

· Switches can handle 10A but we strongly advise you to use power relay

· Switches are IP65 rated on the front, if vehicle is used as a submarine it’s good to also seal backside with Plastidip or other product for sealing electronics
